KIDS
The audacity of youngsters these days.
Received a call from my Sis en route home from camp that they were involved in a minor accident with this young chap (19 years old to be exact). It wasn't really my mum's fault and the dude's stupid van only sustained like three tiny scratches. He actually demanded 50 bucks from my mum to "repair the damages". Like wtf, my mum was being kind; seeing that he's just a young kid and didn't want to blow up the matter!
By the time I got there, the transaction was already done and unable to stomach the matter, I called back to the guy's father. Here was another unreasonable grouch; he insisted it was my mum's fault and the money was for the "repair of the vehicle".
what the hell. Cheapos are rampant in Singapore and we just had to bump into one. I offered to give them another $50 bucks (since they are so fucking hard-up) and slammed down the phone.
